Winter Haven, Florida – Winter Haven Police have arrested two men for Sexual Battery after they supplied alcohol and marijuana to two minors and then engaged in sex. Both victims are in State foster care at a group home in Davenport. (The victims had freedom to leave the facility with a curfew. The incident did not occur at the Davenport facility.)
On 4-11-13, Eventz Veillard ( DOB 3-2-87, Hinson Ave., Haines City) picked the victims and a third girl up at the facility to “hang out” with Stenley Fritz Aristil (DOB 4-2-78, 7658 Carlton Arms Blvd., Winter Haven) for the evening. Veillard and Aristil supplied alcohol and marijuana to the girls ultimately engaging two of them in sexual acts. The third girl did have alcohol, but was not involved in the sexual acts.
The three girls were ultimately taken back to the Davenport facility by their curfew time and reported the incident to the facility staff the following day. Diaz and Veillard were arrested on 4-15-13 and booked into the Polk County Jail.
Charges are:
Aristil – Unlawful Sex with Minor (F-2); Two counts of Use of a Child in Sexual Performance (F-2); and Three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (M-1)
Veillard – Unlawful Sex with Minor (F-2); Use of a Child in Sexual Performance (F-2); and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (M-1)
